So I've heard this but can not find proof of this. I can see the correlation between the patent on the vaxs but when put in a human I have not seen proof of this supreme court ruling. It may be out there but it's being hidden. If anyone has more facts on linking these two I'd like to have it.

There is no such Supreme Court Ruling and that is why they never quote it.
Human Beings cannot be patented period.
There is NO legal definition of the term Transhuman and it is purely philosophically used at this point in time.
The legal definition of a human being, or "person", in the United States includes any infant of the species homo sapiens that is born alive. This means the infant must be completely expelled from the mother and have at least one of the following characteristics: Breathing, Beating heart, Pulsating umbilical cord, and Definite voluntary muscle movement.
This definition applies regardless of whether the infant was born through natural or induced labor, cesarean section, or induced abortion
Changing one aspect of your body does not alter your status anymore than having a pigs kidney transplanted in to human makes them a pig.

Yes there are people who get their thrills scaring people and there are others who post without researching. Even if what they claimed was true slavery is illegal in the USA and by our very Constitution and Bill of Rights we are guaranteed certain inalienable rights that cannot be taken away. We are born free and that cannot be taken away.
Besides, patent infringement is a civil matter not criminal and is handled by Federal District courts and Federal Appeal courts not the Supreme Court. Without a definition of Transhuman to compare to Human Being which is a legal term, there is no way for a court to decide which is which.
Neither the term of homosapien nor human being rely on genetic makeup for their definition so genetics is irreverent.
