Kama-liar and put a spotlight on McDonalds (Donald's, Donald Trump) and for the exposure of seed oil use. Already that news is spreading like a wildfire. RFK Jr already has made a statement about the "poision" of seed oils. How do you wake up the masses? With something like this! So many of us who are on these platforms trying to get these important health and nutritional information out, have just been handed a big win! Seed oils are in most, if not all processed foods. Seed oils are the cause of illness. So now that this is out in this way, I am hopeful this will be the catalyst for exposing the food industry, FDA etc.

Let me tell you how we make French Fries 'round here:
Went out and spent $200 on a potato fry cutter, so I keep all my fingertips...
👉Use only ORGANIC russet potatoes.
👉Clean them, peel off any bad spots.
👉Chop in the potato cutter.
👉Toss in a big bowl with ORGANIC olive oil.
👉Add spices to flavor, sometimes chili powder, sometimes thyme, sometimes mesquite, sometimes lemon-pepper, sometimes just salt.
👉Lay out on a cookie sheet.
👉Bake in oven on 400 degrees 'till just right. Gotta flip 'em.
Best tasting & healthiest fries ever!
Oil doesn't get overheated & toxic that way.
I figure super hot deep-fry veggie oil of any kind is pretty much like cooking with my Ford Powerstroke used motor oil, so we stick to baked fries.
