As an "autist" I can feel the growing impact of complex PTSD from information war. Every time someone yanks my attention away in a manner I cannot control to put my focus onto something distressing, I am being harmed. It doesn't need to be intentional; quite the opposite — "look a this piece of injustice I am responding to!". The injuries are invisible in this silent war; people cannot tell you are wounded, so imagine you should act "well" when you cannot. Keeping up an art print business as well as doing activism was too much for me, so I have to keep doing activism and writing to earn a living, which means few breaks from the insanity. The current legal battles I have become embroiled in (not directly mine, but I have a duty to act) are forcing me to move around a lot, so I cannot keep routines and my own quiet home space. It all seems feeble versus WW1 trench warfare, but psychological warfare is a real battlefield that leaves lasting damage.

First time I went to England as an adult after college, my UK cousins took me to a Tottenham Spurs game. Everyone was crazy (somewhat in contrast to the slow playing on the field). Still almost 30 years later I can hear the chant, “Come on Spurs, let’s go Spurs!” I was “in” the craziness, but wasn’t a part of it. I was a visitor, observing.

I think that is how we need to consciously be here on earth right now. Crazy and evil is everywhere. We want to fix it, but, we also expect immediate results. That’s a recipe for us to go crazy. We must detach our intent (to wake people) from expecting an immediate outcome. Observe but not react. Keep our vibes high.

An observation having been on this platform for many years with you, and seeing your posts. I think you have shifted really well and are out there filling your purpose, which just objectively looking at your own posts over the years, I would say you weren’t before. 😊🙏🏻. You are where you need to be. That’s pretty awesome.
