FEMA is poking the bear in hopes that you fight and physically harm them so the federal government can label you a domestic terrorist and create a civil war. There is no other explanation for their behavior. It's been their plan for decades.

Citizens just need to keep helping citizens, keep reporting the interference of the federal government and resist getting into confrontations. Work around the government roadblocks, keep on doing what is necessary and right. Allow the evil forces to be overcome by good. Undamaged churches, schools, other buildings can be used as shelters for now. Churches schools etc in neighboring areas should step up and offer gyms, athletc showers, as temporary shelters, distribution centers, feeding stations etc. Churches should get donations, use the money to buy supplies and distribute those supplies locally if they can. Get volunteers to drive to pick up supplies from a surrounding state if needed. Get a Citizens "army" of volunteers going. 😇
