"Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord" Is1:18;
I lived in Nashville for about 10 yrs from 2004. Nashville being home of 'country' music of course is also the gospel recording capital of the world and home of Thomas Nelson Publishers who own the rights to the King James Bible as well as other translations.
Although Dolly Parton's (and a few others) Hollywood film career had been on-going for some time a very noticeable stark increase in the influx of Hollywood actors and all the hoopla they drag around with them was taking place while I was there. During that phase as evidence of how cozy the Hollywood-Nashville thing was becoming mega-Hollywood star, Nicole Kidman, married one of Nashville's hot-talents-of-the-moment Keith Urban and they bought a house there.
Of note as well is the full scale model of the Parthenon housing the 42' statue of 'Athena'/Diana/Semiramis/Queen of Heaven 'etc' that might seem a curious thing for Nashville along with all it's curiously regular visitors from the top political class.
Odd mix
My husband and I visited Nashville for the first time last fall - stayed at a hotel close to the Parthenon bldg you reference and walked over to check it out.… it seemed so odd there. I figured something was up. It’s so close to Vanderbilt college too. 🧐
While I was there was surprised how many times Clinton and 'W' Bush came to town .. relatively unannounced, not reported nationally just locally w/ no big hoopla fanfare. Always seemed a visit to the 'Parthenon' was mentioned.
I'm quite sure some 'special events' closed to the public go on in that place .. after hours.
No evidence of such, other than lack of published photos that I'm aware of of them actually visiting the place, but wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't underground access from some remote location to hide such visits and gatherings.
