Mike, you may want to fact check this "Nuremberg Code - Article 6 Sec 3" meme that's passed around a lot.
The only (I think) 'actual' point-by-point so-called 'Nuremberg Code' rendition I could find doesn't have an "Article/Section" format and none of the 10 points of the "memorandum" make any reference to 'masking'.
