My dad used to buy this and only this. I told him that is poison. He had 3 heart attacks by 68 and lung cancer. This is in Everything! Don't eat but it if it's in your food. Most oils are bad there are only 2 I will use and one for frying and one for salads. Pure organic coconut oil and first virgin pressed organic olive oil.
