It is insane that these massive corps that make so much money could be so in debt. I have been working in corporate America since 1994 and I have experienced the failure of PriceWaterhouse, Bear Stearns and the NYSE all due to mismanagement. I worked at all 3 companies prior to their failure and or merger. Now I work for another huge Wall Street company and it is once again totally mismanaged.
