Imagine having an electric bill for 850, bucks and a water bill for 350 bucks, plus a mortgage, insurance, car payment. I’m soooo tired of California communism
You're fortunate that your water bill is $350, mine is well over $1,000. Only watering the landscaping and fruit trees.
Sad since they're still pumping our water out to the ocean.
