I can never imagine that-I was complaining today of my light bill $131.00. Then they get more money if I use electricity between 2 pm & 7 pm-& my light bill is really $49 before all the added charges-taxes-distribution????paying for others that can't pay their bill- & I get a senior discount of $4.00 I was so excited to get this at 62??? or something. I live in the country so I have a well & sewer......paying to shit-who came up with that charge????

It is so sad - I lived in California for 16 years and I loved it - such a beautiful state- it was expensive but at the time it was worth it - I got out just in time - what a shame that the leaders have allowed this beautiful state to be ruined.
