Just letting you know that if I'm not around much (or at all) the reason is because for months now I've been having A Lot of PC problems, and I'm unable to do any thing about😔, complicated admin issue it seems. the latest issue now is All my Bookmarks have just gone😟 empty!
Unfortunately contact with my 'PC expert son' is not always very easy, so all I can do now is take it day by day and see if he gets bk to me with some help before it's too late.

I'm preying that I don't lose contact with my best friends at AU💖.

Have you tried logging out of AU, deleting cookies and cache and then rebooting your computer? Then log back in it's worth a try

Well, I seriously know next to nothing techy, and the problems seemed to start shortly after I kept getting notices from windows about 'Low disk space/can't install updates'.., now Firefox can't either, unfortunately I'm totally unable to get into admin (complicated stuff my son did moving everything over from an old lap top to this desk top yrs ago) so I'm unable to even attempt to allow widows or Firefox to install any updates.

But on the up side, I have got my bookmrks bk😀, having shut down/turned off and waited for the pc to cool down (it over hearts vry vry quickly).

This is just one of many helpful hints on cleaning up your hard drive. Don't download any clean programs you can clean them easily yourself. Search you tube videos on removing unused files, with practice it'll get easier. If you have backup set , your hard drive could be full of backups.

I have no idea what this or any other 'how to' page means (it sends me into panic mode) partly due to it 'looking' different then on my pc. (I only know of one bin and I empty that).
Everything I attempt all comes to a big Nothing when I can't get sign in to Admin.
After many weeks of tears and frustration, and having no other devices to even attempt to do a back-up, and being dyslexic/struggling with techy things, passwords/numbers etc. it has become too over whelming for me😭... So, If my son is not willing to visit me and sort it out (soon) Then 'I accept' I'm (probably) going to lose it all. what else can I do.

Check with neighbors and friends, they may have a kid that's smart with computers and could help. High schools or colleges around may have a computer student that would help you. Some computer or stationary stores have people available (at a cost) that could help. Yell your son to get the hell home you need his help🤣. Sorry you're going through this I can imagine the stress. Computers are both awesome when they work and diabolical when they don't. I'll pray you find an angel to help you. 🙏
