I’m able to handle pain well, but but back pain is a whole new world

Stretch your legs for lower back pain hamstrings quads calves etc those are the largest muscles going through a small space. Stretching is key 3 back surgeries stretching is still the key for me even with a fused back. It hurts I know but it will be much worse I guarantee. It took me 5 hours to get down the stairs drenched in sweat before I had my surgery. I never stretched and did a lot of sports. I regret it now.

They found a subduction fracture, they didn’t say where, gotta talk to the doctor, but they said 6 weeks minimum recovery

Once you have no fear you survive. I am a Covid/Remedisvr and cancer survivor. There is Nothing they can do to you unless God allows it.
