Sleeping has been sporadic for weeks now - feeling like drug induced sleep to wide awake for hours. During waking hours many in my area are reporting that it feels like their equilibrium is "just off"; prompting headaches and migraines.
I have not been myself for a

I am heading to an epsom salt + bentonite clay bath right now. That always seems to help me.
Bedding infused with copper helps. Even good for furniture cushions or any fabric. I had a gold trimmed saucer between my remote and TV and it interfered with operation. Also sparks in microwave oven.
