I used castor oil on my foot last year when I had plantar fascitis. I believe it helped in my recovery. My feet sure were soft from massaging the oil daily as well. 😇

My dad told me grandma used to make him take a spoonful every morning… but she’d have to hide it from him because he LIKED it and would get into it!!!

We had classes thought that taught basic first aid, CPR, cooking, and shop class taught us how to change a tire. The only thing they never showed us was how to do our own taxes! But we did have accounting to learn how to balance the books!
