How do we forgive those who have hurt us in the past ???

The past is not the past if you are keeping it alive in your mind.

We know when we've done all that we can do

That's when we give it to God

You don't have to face the people from the past in order to forgive them

Do this instead ..

Jesus I"m asking you to forgive them for what they did to Me ... To Us
Lord God forgive me for any involvement I've had in any past drama trauma

I forgive them
as You forgive me

Those thoughts ...reminders
They will pop up in your mind ... Don't rationalize it
