When I moved to the US in 1993, I was my ideal weight. Within 3 days I came down with the worst case of flu ever - no natural immunity to the US version of the flu.
Very shortly after recovery I began to gain weight.
Have struggled ever since.
The gut biome is important, destroy that, and the body struggles.
Compound it with food containing chemicals the body hordes and health is harder to achieve.

Agreed, natural beauty is the best. There is a reason they started calling the lower tattoo on the back a tramp stamp. Now they are everywhere. What should they be called now, a sailor? Maybe that's more appropriate with this whole trans and gay agenda. I miss the days when women were real women and acted like one.
