I recently got a new computer, and I do not have a cell phone, so I cannot even download Telegram. I hope someone posts it to AU when it come out.

Yes it does, but it asks for a code they will send you on your cell phone. I only have a landline, and it will not send the code to my landline.

I have even tried to have family members sign up with their cell phones, but we never get the SMS message with the code.
You can download the telegram app on your computer, that's how I view telegram. Yikes, it's been long enough ago that I don't remember how I did it, but it is do-able!
