i have a lot of trauma to heal from as well - my brain doesn't work as it once did.
Victoria everyone has some trauma to an extent. You are not different you are one of us. What do you need to be okay? Dig deep to answer that question. What will make you okay?
and i have a lot of trauma - as i said my brain does not function the way it once did. i deal with complex ptsd. i realize everyone has trauma to some extent or another - some more than others, some less.
