Historically, it is the
Mexican Mafia who have run the
borders of
Texas and Arizona.
For example, from
El Paso/Juarez to
Midland, Texas…..
No Cartels.
Our Military has that and stretching
over to California.
That is where Cartels function.
South Arizona has
Proving Grounds monitored.
