These are almost all military aged men!

They were not always called Cartels.
Historically, it is the
Mexican Mafia who have run the
borders of
Texas and Arizona.
For example, from
El Paso/Juarez to
Midland, Texas…..
No Cartels.
Our Military has that and stretching
over to California.
That is where Cartels function.
South Arizona has
Proving Grounds monitored.

At one point in recent history
