Jesus experienced righteous anger but, He suffered the worst form of death known to mankind in order to save all humanity. Fifth dimension equals praying with one's whole heart for those who persecute you. The reward is unearthly peace.
I agree that executions as vengeance are unhelpful, but some of the criminality was so extreme there can be no mercy given. If you let down your guard they will eat you. They need to die, but it can be quick and without any fanfare. We don't want another Saddam or Gadaffi.
