Perhaps it was already posted. I don't think that the Q post actually said that Trump would be the one to post the tweet.
Pretty sure when it happens we will know. The Tweet is for everyone to be aware. The Qnet is in place so it can replace their communication system. It powers the QFS financial system. The phones we have will get the ebs as well as tv radio etc. They can't block it if theirs is yanked and replaced with new one. Same with their moose ad satellite news.
