I do not have any insight as to this but I also believe that Seniors and those so disabled they may not be made whole should start receiving more money and more medical care.
I would like to see the entire educational system redone and great attention given from birth for the opportunities to connect spirituality for children.
If, IF XRP turns out to be a windfall, I think most of us in it intend to share for the good.
