I have been visiting my parents, and the way they have the BBC on their TV nonstop really hurts to see. No matter how much they are lied to, they cannot stop taking this media drug. The end of the MSM is going to be rough for them, as they are in their 80s, and this is their life. No controversy, upset, conflict allowed in the house. Everyone should just follow the rules, no matter how unethical or perverse. My heart is pained.

Reading the comments, there are many of us going through this with our parents. I still haven't been able to get through that Fox news is fake. The come back when talking about it... but they say what we've been talking about. Fox news puts some truth into it while leading everyone away from the truth, unless they have changed in the last few years... haven't watched TV for years.

At least my mom turns off the blaring TV when I visit... so thankful for that.

I was thinking that generation was conditioned to always follow the rules, but in reality, all generations were... we are the odd ones out, questioning and not following the dialog.

During the time everyone was wearing a mask, I'd take my mom shopping with me. In the car before entering the stores she'd ask if I was going to wear a mask.... No... at first, she'd put on her mask because you're supposed to, but after a month or so she stopped wearing it when she was with me, with friends it was put on the mask.
