Ok so anyone else been fighting some weird energy last 2 or 3 days?
I have been fighting nauseousness and headaches as has one of my frens here.

Yes that to.. my sciatic pain is mild compared to others
Started Thursday has been lessening since...just dull throb in hip/ back now
When it first starts sometimes there are stretches that help but usually for me lowering the inflammation is the best help!
I have found that dandelion tea among some other things helps.

I would agree. I have always hated fast food and it really does affect us largely. When I have it I can tell too!
