Ok so anyone else been fighting some weird energy last 2 or 3 days?
I have been fighting nauseousness and headaches as has one of my frens here.

I didn't want to mess up your "17", but yes. I have had a headache for 2 days, right in the center of my forehead. (Florida Panhandle).

So sorry to hear this - Sciatica is often caused from sleeping REALLY DEEPLY between 4 and 6 am... so deep you don't toss and turn, which leads to sleeping in one spot too long which = sciatica. This can actually be caused overall by NOT sleeping well in general until you are so exhausted that you finally crash hard and sleep like a rock... can ultimately be traced back to poor diet, poor rest, weight gains, too much stress... or some combination thereof

When it first starts sometimes there are stretches that help but usually for me lowering the inflammation is the best help!
I have found that dandelion tea among some other things helps.

I fudged all week though with grandkids, then hubby this weekend
