The only thing I found is that Johnny needs a dentist which was posted 2 days ago on DM. So, if that's all you're basing your evidence off of, that's really low. He's a smoker, former drug user and a recovering alcoholic. Maybe he just doesn't care what they look like, as long as he has teeth to use.
