If you believe that your geographical birth-place is what gives you the rights which are guarded by our Constitution and Declaration and other "founding documents", etc, then you are not getting the picture. GOD-given rights...if you are born in fookbucktooistan, it would not matter. You have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness and if you require arms to secure that right, then so be it. I heavily looked into becoming sovereign, but it puts you in a terrible situation having kids. Truly puts things into perspective on how much they control. The cops & courts would harass you into oblivion unless you moved out to Amish country.

As I understand the word sovereign is here used for people legal born in a country. If in case you are illegal in a country, you only can get help from your embassy. And in case you are running away for those who want to kill you for any political reasons, you can get an attorney to handle your case.
Constitutional Rights were a benefit to all living souls entrusted by God. As far as ones status (Citizen or State National), this is done by declaration.
