Many are not aware of their physical, mental and emotional state due to long time trama, that they are perpetually in survivor mode. Maybe, even if this touches one Soul, it is worth it.
That is me also trust me. lol
I believe we all go thru our own traumas.
And what's trauma for one may not be for others.
Some of us become aware sooner than others.
Some leave without ever knowing.
I also believe that many of us chose to enter the muck in order to know it, heal from it and have the ability to recognize it when someone close asks for help.
I don't doubt you are one of those warrior Souls!
