I enjoy small amount of Sea Salt or Pink Himalayan Salt grains melt in my mouth ever once in awhile. I don't use any other kind of salt.
iodized salt is actually very important

I get my iodine from organic foods, fresh Cod, Salmon from Alaska waters.
