Back when the lock downs were raging I started taking Iver while sick with a bug.
About a week or so in I noticed some serious relief in flow. I still use as a 1 dose twice weekly. And the results have been super.

I will. My dad was quite competitive. Construction, Correctional gaurd, and retired as a police chief back East. I grew up in the 60s&70s. When he was 18 he won an entire gym worth of barbells and bars from York Barbell Co. for a weightlifting comp. I still have that stuff. He loved wrestling, boxing, arm wrestling. I don't think we ever missed weightlifting during the Olympics in my younger years. That was his favorite.
And of course like father like son.
These days I'm slower and my joints are shot. I'm closer to the end than I am to the beginning. 😆 And I won't be moving those weights again.
But I am going to look into these products.
