they have to lave a message. most hang up or it is a robocall.

then I make sure I block them fast.

Do they honestly think that a legit American company would hire someone who is barely understandable to sell something? The real American companies use an almost as annoying Artificial intelligence to lead you around in circles. You can still tell the difference.

THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY THAT GET CONFUSED

My family member's father in law had a Lowes gift card scammer get 2 Lowes cards from him by saying he did not pay his Lowes bill on time, and he got scared, and followed the scammer's instruction to buy Lowe's cards and call with the card ad pin number and he did it because he was confused and just got out of hospital from a heart attack. The Lowe's salesperson stopped it be refusing to sell him the 2nd card, and made him call a family member on the spot to help him stop getting scammed.

He was old and sick, and on meds, and did not understand what was happening.

I am one of those elderly, and why I get bombarded with scam after scam. Problem for them is my brain is intact I don't get confused.
I make them lose their cool and show their true colors. So easy.
Those that would prey on the old and sick are disgusting excuses of a person. Brainwashed or not. What I would like to know is why are they allowing them to get our information to target us with to begin with. I know the who our social networking aps and the why, Greed even to the point of tanking the whole business. Like what is happening to meta, etc.

facebook took my personal info and sold it on the dark web. I used a nickname for the first time, and all the stuff mailed and sent to me had that nickname within 3 months of going on facebook.

I hate facebook for it. I think they are corrupt and it is against the law, but the government does not choose to go after big tech to shut it down.

But I also know that anything associated with that nick name that comes to me is a scam so I toss it right away.
