When you have time look into Chaparral. There's lots of info stating how it causes liver damage but that is only if someone already has liver problems or is on medication that can damage the liver. The CDC is totally against the use of chaparral. I've been using it for over 10 years now and have had no bad side effects at all. I've even taken it to help get over a hangover, followed by a lot of lemon water and it works great for me. However, the taste is horrible, to put it mildly. lol I put the tincture in a few ounces of water and drink it down like a shot, it still tastes horrible but it's easier that way.
