Anytime I can smell a vibe it smells like ionization, sometime mixed with dampness. Always a good smell. wish I could bottle it.

They are precious! We are near the ocean also, but I hardly ever take Penny down in the water, because she'll get so sandy. What do you do about the sand...and not getting it in the house? Do you have an outside shower, or washing off station?

just Moved From Pgh to Palm harbor/ Dunedin Fl. Hurricane missed Tampa( 70 mph winds & little rain/no Storm surge).
The people that bought my house are putting in Dog washing station in Mud Room. I’m Old School ( Garden hose)😃.

Yep, I'm her mom...but I take no credit. She worked at Dana Farber and did the night MBA program for the health field. She saved her money, and didn't even take out loans, just ate a lot of leftovers and always had roommates until this month-her first apartment by herself at 31. I couldn't have done it. I am so proud of her, she is really driven, but I don't have it in me to do what she's done. She's a sweetie!
Best part, she loves God. That makes me feel really good!
