Pink Floyd sang about being in [their] system and "comfortably numb". If guess if you end up doing this benevolent stuff behind the scenes for decades you end up "silently smug" when it all comes together. Do the right thing, but nobody knows.
Very happy for a lot of good people who no doubt have worked endlessly with only a spiritual reward so far.

Humans can never trust or idolize anyone as special again. The collapse of the entertainment industry will kill some humans from shock.
There is so much filth and contamination in the tv/ movie, music, art, literary, journalism, education systems that there is no salve or ointment to cure it.
Must tear it down and burn what's left. Start over from scratch.
