Citizens have authority.
God, Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Patriot, digital warrior, American State National, Common Law lady.
Authority for what? Authorized to drive on their streets which is a right to travel by God.

People become citizens when they are said to be a part of a particular country. (and jesus - anyone saying they'll trust the plan for 50 years - that shows someone who is blindly following - we all have a line in the sand and we need to use it when that inner says ENOUGH)
