BURNING BOWL
Some years back, we were introduced to a “NEW” New Year tradition that was so enjoyable that we continued to keep it going. The “Burning Bowl” ceremony allowed us to write all those things that we do NOT want to carry into the New Year and to symbolically end them by throwing that piece of paper into a bowl with a small fire going - - - The release was therapeutic.
