The SC Dominion Power company stopped by for a second time to install a smart meter.
I declined
He was a nice man, I told him about how we have been paying double for our free energy that was stolen from us. He knew something , shook his head yes.

SC Power company has to have your permission before coming on to your property before changing out meters.
