Light Worker Patriot! Married! Mother of 3 Beautiful Daughters and 4 Handsome Grandsons, 1 Beautiful Grand-Daughter

Public Accountability Post

Formal governance concerns regarding transparency, communication access, and foreseeable risk within the Arizona prison system have now been submitted to the Director’s Office and facility leadership.

These submissions are not accusations. They are entered in good faith to support de-escalation, staff safety, institutional stability, and documented review.

Families are not seeking confrontation. We are seeking written justification, review standards, and accountability consistent with good governance and duty of care.

Transparency is not a threat to security. It is the proof of it.

Just do it.
I was a Nutritionist for many years, and for a time I was just as programmed as the next professional. When I finally saw the truth, one question kept hitting me: How are we expected to recommend chemically altered foods and cite manufactured studies as “science” when they’re built to protect industry, not health?

I left the system.

Our food supply is an abomination—synthetic, chemically burdened, and stripped of life. Many of these substances aren’t even allowed in other countries. This isn’t accidental; it’s systemic.
The FDA has too often banned what supports real human health while promoting what is profitable. That’s not protection—that’s capture.
It’s about time someone took the bull by the horns and challenged this machinery head-on.

Bravo to Robert F. Kennedy Jr..
This reckoning is long overdue.

All Eyes on the Arizona Prison System

Families are documenting patterns, not rumors.
Restricting communication and food access simultaneously increases risk — this is well documented.

These concerns are raised to prevent escalation, protect staff and families, and reduce foreseeable harm.

Transparency is not a threat to security.
It is the proof of it.

We could have expected this when you think about it. This will be responsible for mayhem that will be blamed on the inmates.

Cutting food rations in prison is not “discipline.”
It’s psychological coercion.

You don’t starve people to rehabilitate them.
You starve them to break them.

This is not justice.
This is policy cruelty.

Justice cannot exist where truth is optional, memory is fragmented, and compliance is mistaken for accountability.

This article is not an accusation — it is an invitation:
To look closer.
To question systems we were taught to trust.
To remember that we are not data points — we are human beings.

cont. If not for her own mother stepping in, Child Protective Services would have taken her children — not because she was unfit to love them, but because the system removed her body from their lives and called it “procedure.”
Incarceration does not end at the cell door. It ripples outward:
Children lose parents
Families absorb trauma
Grandparents are forced into emergency guardianship
Generational stability is fractured
This is punishment by proximity — inflicted on the innocent.
Why This Matters
What Ralina’s work — and lived testimony — makes clear is this:
A system that can track money but not human confinement
A system that demands proof from the accused for its own failures
A system that resolves contradictions through coercion rather than correction
…is not malfunctioning.
It is functioning as designed.
Closing
Justice cannot exist where truth is optional, memory is fragmented, and compliance is mistaken for accountability.

cont Jail time can disappear if it is not linked to a later bond
Financial actions are preserved while bodily confinement is erased
Defendants are pressured into plea deals to “resolve” record gaps
Compliance is rewarded, resistance is punished
When systems fail to reconcile their own data, the cost is transferred onto people — in time, money, fear, and silence.
Plea Deals as a Pressure Valve
Plea agreements are often framed as efficiency tools. In reality, they function as pressure valves for system errors.
When records are incomplete or contradictory, the easiest path is not correction — it is coercion. Probation, unsupervised probation, fines, and compliance requirements become substitutes for truth.
This is not justice. It is risk management.
The Punishment That Spreads Beyond the Cell
She is not just an inmate.
She is a mother of three.

contThe system recognized a financial transaction, but failed to recognize the deprivation of liberty — a human life inside a cell.

Rather than correcting the error, I was then told I would need to submit fingerprints again, despite fingerprints being taken at booking. If I was incarcerated, those records already exist.

This is not a clerical oversight. It is a structural failure — one that preserves leverage for the system while erasing lived reality.

Architecture Without Accountability

Ralina’s work exposes something most people never see: the architecture behind these failures.

Justice systems rely on fragmented databases — courts, jails, probation departments, and third-party vendors — that do not reliably communicate with one another. What becomes “truth” is not what happened to a human being, but what data happens to surface at a given moment.

This creates a dangerous dynamic:

Jail time can disappear if it is not linked to a later bond

cont

transactions over human reality, and procedural efficiency over truth.

What follows is not an isolated incident. It is a pattern.

System Blindness: When Records Erase Reality

In my own experience, I had already served jail time for a charge. Years later, a warrant resurfaced, and at that point I paid a bond while I was not incarcerated.

When the case returned to court, the system could only see that a bond had been paid — not that time had already been served.

Because of this, the charges were not dismissed, even though they should have been. Instead, probation and unsupervised probation were offered — an illogical outcome for something already paid for with incarceration. I was effectively asked to accept additional punishment for an offense the system itself had already processed.

More disturbing still, the burden was placed on me to prove that I had been jailed, as though the justice system does not retain its own records. (cont)

How System Blindness, Data Gaps, and Plea Pressure Harm Real Families

What follows is not an isolated failure, but an example of how the Incarceration / Injustice Industrial Complex (TIIC) converts administrative breakdowns into prolonged human control
This article was written through long hours of careful work, technical architecture, and lived experience. It is offered not as theory, but as testimony — and as a sincere attempt to expose how modern justice systems fail the very people they claim to serve.

In theory, justice systems are designed to preserve records, ensure fairness, and protect constitutional rights. In practice, what often exists instead is a fragmented data ecosystem — one that prioritizes financial (cont.)

Why Collagen Alone Isn’t Fixing Joint Damage
Everyone is buying collagen supplements. Yet joint replacements, connective tissue damage, and mobility issues continue to rise.
So here’s the question few are asking:
What if collagen isn’t the problem — but what’s interfering with it is?
Collagen depends heavily on glycine, a simple amino acid used repeatedly throughout the body for:
connective tissue
cartilage
tendons
skin
gut lining
detox pathways
Here’s where things get complicated. A widely used agricultural chemical — often shortened to “Glyp” (glyphosate-based herbicides) — is structurally similar to glycine. Research indicates it can displace glycine during protein synthesis, leading to malformed or weakened proteins.
That means:
You can take collagen
You can eat “healthy”
And still end up with structurally compromised tissue
This helps explain why:
Collagen supplementation alone often disappoints
Joint degeneration is widespread
The body struggles to repair itsel

“Plea Deals Are Not Confessions of TRUTH.” Let me explain why…

A plea deal is often not about guilt.
It’s about survival inside a coercive system.

When someone is arrested, the pressure begins immediately:

Bail that families can’t afford

Months or years of pretrial detention

Evidence delays or suppression

Threats of extreme sentencing if they go to trial

Financial ruin from legal fees

Isolation, fear, and exhaustion

At that point, a plea can look like the only way toшин stop the bleeding.

Many people sign pleas because:

They are innocent but out-resourced

They are told they will get decades if they fight

They are physically and mentally worn down

They need to go home

Plea coercion is the dirty secret of the U.S. justice system. Most people in prison didn’t get justice — they were broken into signing a deal. Charges are stacked sky-high to create fear. People are thrown into brutal conditions while they wait: isolation, humiliation, sleep deprivation, denied visits. Then they’re told a trial will mean dying in prison. The plea becomes the only “lifeline.”
90–95% of convictions come from plea deals, not trials. That’s not justice — that’s pressure. People don’t sign because they’re guilty; they sign because the system breaks them. If innocence mattered, evidence wouldn’t be blocked, trials wouldn’t be punishment, and defenders wouldn’t juggle 200 cases. This is not justice. It’s control. It’s human trafficking through paperwork.

contuned-2
And then society points at the inmate and says:
“You failed.”

No — the system failed.
Families are not going broke because their loved ones are criminals.
Families are going broke because someone figured out how to turn people into revenue.

If you’ve never had to choose between paying your rent…
or making sure your child, husband, brother, or father gets to eat this week…
I pray you never have to.

Not everyone in prison is innocent.
But no human being deserves to be financially tortured.

Humanity has forgotten something important:

🧡 Punishment doesn’t heal people.
🧡 Connection does.

If you are supporting someone on the inside — emotionally, spiritually, or financially —
you are doing holy work.

And to the men and women on the inside who still hold onto their soul,
you are not forgotten.

💣 Truth Grenades Wrapped in Light — detonating the lie and freeing the heart

THE PART YOU NEVER SEE ABOUT PRISON

Most people think prison is “justice.”
I used to think that too — until I learned the reality.

You don’t just lock a person up.
You disconnect them from love, support, touch, safety, and dignity.

And then you charge them for the privilege of surviving.

📌 $1.65 for a 20 oz water
📌 $500–$800 a month just so they can eat from commissary and speak to family
📌 “hot meals” only if their family can BUY them
📌 $2.00 to check an email
📌 $5.95 to send $90 worth of help

There is a reason for this:
it’s not about rehabilitation — it’s about profit.

America doesn’t have the highest prison population in the world because we’re the most violent nation…
We have it because incarceration became an industry.

An industry that:
🔸 calls human beings “inventory”
🔸 monetizes trauma
🔸 charges families for love
🔸 rewards corporations for keeping people locked up
🔸 destroys the soul of men and the hearts of mothers

🌹 MYSTICAL SAGE INQUIRY
QFS — Liberation or Rebranded Control?

A lot of people are putting their faith in QFS, not because they’re naïve — but because they’re exhausted.
When people have been financially crushed and betrayed by the system, anything that looks like relief starts to feel like salvation.

I wanted QFS to be that too.

But when you follow the documents — not rumors — this is what shows up:

🔹 The QFS patent was filed by US Postal Service
🔹 Assigned to UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE
🔹 Then assigned to Salesforce, Inc.
🔹 Primary ownership = BlackRock, Vanguard, State Street, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, etc.

If the same financial cartels who built the old system are building the “new” one, is it really a reset… or a rebrand?

If a financial system:
• monitors
• activates
• restricts
• tracks
• or can deny you access to your own money…

…it is not freedom — no matter what name is used to market it.

This doesn’t discredit anyone’s hopes or beliefs —
it

Tonight I set aside my pride and walk in trust.
Many of you know my son is incarcerated far from home.
What most people don’t see is the emotional and financial pressure families carry behind the scenes. Commissary, extra food, stamped envelopes — none of it is luxury. It’s survival. And it’s how a mother stays connected to her child through this system.
I’m asking for support not because life is easy —
but because love does not quit when things get difficult.
If you feel led to help, even a few dollars makes a real impact.
If you can’t give, a prayer and a share are truly just as powerful.

Thank you to everyone who stands with me and my family.
This season is testing our faith — but love never fails. 💛

There’s a lot circulating right now about QFS, bank collapses, and “instant financial liberation.”

I get why it resonates — the old money system is abusive and people are suffering.

But we need discernment: not everything circulating is truth, and not every “solution” is real.

I’m not interested in hopium or doom.
I’m interested in reality, sovereignty, and truth — wherever it leads us.

A real transition won’t come from forwarded posts.
It will come from lawful disclosure, accountability, and awakening of the people.

Until then, we stay grounded, intuitive, and steady — because the storm clears faster when we don’t get swept up in every wave.

You don’t have to love Trump.
You don't have to agree with everything he says.

But if the most corrupt power structures on Earth
are trying to eliminate one man at any cost…

maybe the question isn’t:

❌ “Why do you like him?”

Maybe the real question is:

✔ “Why do THEY fear him?”

And once you see that — you can’t unsee it.

You don’t have to like Trump.
You don’t have to admire him.
You don’t even have to vote for him.

But you can’t pretend the entire global media, Hollywood, Big Tech, Big Pharma, Wall Street, intelligence agencies, foreign governments, and career politicians are all trying to destroy a man who “doesn’t matter.”
History doesn’t mobilize every power structure to erase someone who is irrelevant.
It only does that to someone who threatens the system.
If Trump were:
• owned by the bankers,
• compliant with the corporations,
• obedient to the global machine…

They would have praised him, protected him, and polished his legacy — just like they do with every controlled politician.
Instead, they launched:
• nonstop smear campaigns
• weaponized fear
• character assassination
• lawfare
• censorship
• narrative control across every platform
• psy-ops trained to trigger rage at the sound of his name

🦃 Thankful — Not Because Life Is Easy, But Because We’re Still Standing
This Thanksgiving, I’m not pretending everything is perfect.
I’m not going to put on a mask of “it’s all fine.”
Life has been heavy, uncertain, and stretching for so many of us.
But I am thankful.
Not because everything is easy —
but because everything is still possible.
I’m thankful for:
✨ the people who haven’t given up
✨ the hearts that love even when they’re tired
✨ the souls who keep waking up in a sleepy world
✨ the ones who choose kindness when anger would be easier
✨ the truth-seekers and light-holders who refuse to dim
I’m thankful for connection —
even when it’s messy and imperfect.
I’m thankful for laughter —
even on the hard days.
I’m thankful for faith —
not blind faith, but the kind that shows up in the dark before the miracle arrives.
And to everyone who has stood with me this year, in any way…
commented, encouraged, prayed, checked in, or just silently cheered me on:
