Wartime President Trump already signed the Insurrection Act on or about January 6, 2021? 🤔

I don't think signing of the Insurrection Act is required to be "announced", for example during a National Emergency or during Wartime (THE WAR AGAINST TERROR).

To the best of my knowledge, the President is only required to make a Proclamation to Disperse according to 10 U.S. Code Subtitle A Chapter 13 Part I § 254, and well, Wartime President Trump did just that on January 6, 2021.

Then, the Military was very transparent about the "peaceful transition to Military Power" which was publicly announced on January 18, 2021 by Major General William Walker, Commanding General of the District of Columbia National Guard on ABC's Good Morning America. 🇺🇲
