Mindfulness can make you selfish...that’ll piss off a lot of Buddhists.I have seen more BS articles like this the past year. Complete opposite from 2 yrs ago since I wrote my Master’s thesis talking about mindfulness and meditation.

I appreciate your posts on on Q drops and emphasizing the US Code, Law of War, & Justice manuel. Not only educates people about the US defense & how military protects the country from all enemies but keeps ppl grounded in reality if you will. Less snake oil more “real.”
