So I'm at the 22hr Mark in the fast from the last time I ate 800. Felt something funny about a hour ago, felt a little sick drained for a quick sec followed by a slight hunger. Slight light headed feeling but went away. Other than that feel pretty good now. Still gonna go by my personal start time of 555 am just to make sure full time. 24hrs was too easy at least gotta get to VKs 36hr mark. No tempting with food now, I think the hard part is to come maybe. Can't tell you weight difference don't have scale. Anyone else doing a fast? How you doin?
