For the past few days, I've been worried about my job and asking God for guidance. I haven't loved my job in years, but it pays the bills...ya know what I mean?

I love helping people when it comes to health, diet and nutrition. I'm certified in nutrition, but have only been doing that here and there on the side.

I know how to teach people how to combine their foods so they are creating fat burning meals as opposed to fat storing meals, meeting people where they're at. I've seen amazing things happen. Like a client who had an A1C of 11, go down to 6 in only a few months.

I saw this comment and that little voice inside said, "what are you waiting for, you can help people like this." This hurts me to see, so I've gotta help. I'm going to start mixing in some posts here to help anyone who is struggling with excess weight and health issues. Please feel free to reach out anytime for some tips or guidance. I love you patriots and this is where I can help and contribute more. ❤
