What do all the numbers and letters down the bottom mean?

Why do people keep leaving out the last two lines of this prayer? All my life I have been taught it ends with... 'For thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory, forever and ever, Amen'.
It just feels unfinished to me if you dont add it in.
