The DS fake news propaganda machine has “hinted” (ie. announced) the Trump could (ie. will) be indicted (NOT arrested). But maybe I’m wrong - ie. if you get indicted you must be arrested.

IMHO, I think this video fulfills the requirement of President Trump to invoke the insurrection act. I think the insurrection began on November 3, 2020 and culminated on January 6, 2021, after Vice President Pence certified the fraud.
