🌟 I do remember when President JFK's 1960's Phys-Ed Class launched in our High School ...testing the physical fitness levels of school-age youth in the US. i found it bolstered my strength and well-being.👍 It definitely had a positive impact on improving the nation's physical fitness!

NOT so militaristic grueling in my high school as in this video 😆 I think the video was of the La Sierra High School. Its remarkable achievements caught the attention of none other than President John F.
