On Sept. 15, 2015, the investment fund announced the completion of the acquisition of Henniges Automotive, which gave AVIC 51% control and BHR 49%. The $600 million acquisition was one of the largest Chinese takeovers of an American auto company in history.
In other words, Hunter Biden was helping one of the Chinese military contractors now involved in China's "mysterious" hypersonic weapons acquire US companies only six years ago.
