I refuse to worry.

Dear God,
I know You know what the bad guys are up to. I also know You are busy with extra prayers coming in all the time and from every which direction. We are not asking for a pony, we are not asking for a vacation, we are not even asking for the perfect mate, the perfect job, nor the fastest car… nope, we are just asking for a fair shot at working really really hard for our freedoms and then being allowed to hang onto our loved ones and our homes - then later, maybe the means to rebuild our preferred way of life with Your blessings and grace, of course.
I believe in You. You are The Almighty. You are omnipresent and talented beyond comprehension. A lot of people are really scared, hurting, or reaching desperate measures. We will do what we can to lift each other up and help light the way because that’s just how we roll. Meanwhile, if You could just send some extra miracles, maybe a few brimstones, and aim all the wrathy stuff at the bad guys, we would be much obliged.

Father, Son, and Spirit-I want your good will to happen here on Earth as it does in Heaven. Jesus, help me trust and follow your way of love toward everyone, and teach me to hope in your promise to restore all creation by reuniting Heaven and Earth.

Jesus, thank you for becoming our one true King. Today, please grant me the desire and ability to live according to your way of love, caring for each of my neighbors without partiality, as you do. When I become angry or despairing toward the injustice and violence in our world, help me embrace the living hope I see in you, King Jesus, and help me remain faithful to your loving way of life.

THANK YOU, HOLY SPIRIT

Holy Spirit, thank you for your guidance. Each day, you help me to become more like Jesus in my character, speech, and actions. Empower me to remember and obey the teachings of Jesus to contribute to the flourishing of those around me.

You never know if you're picked or endorsed by Trump that you will be exposed or promoted.

Even before He made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in His eyes. God decided in advance to adopt us into His own family by bringing us to Himself through Jesus Christ. This is what He wanted to do, and gave Him great pleasure. Ephesians 1:3-5
When you placed your confidence and complete trust in Jesus, you were adopted by God. You have full access to God's resources and identity. There's nothing you could have done to earn this position-it has been freely given to you by God, through faith in Jesus.

When you approach God the Father with assurance in that truth, that you are His child, it automatically shifts the dynamics of your prayers. There is less fear and more freedom.
