​The Meaning: You don't introduce a bill like this unless your internal intelligence says the military is already fueling the jets. They are trying to pre-emptively cut the funding for an operation that is likely already in the "Go" phase.

If the day starts out sunny, we are lucky if we make it till noon and they are spraying again, within a few hours it's hazy and cloudy. Sometimes it clears off at night, but they spray us at night too.

Today's total sunshine was less than 5 minutes when it peaked out of the clouds. Was driving with granddaughter told her to get a good look at the sun because it will be gone again.
