Take Vit D & C, zinc, Quercetin, Tumeric, Multivitamin
Drink adequate amounts of filtered alkaline water to stay well hydrated, one ounce per kilogram of body weight daily if you have no fluid restrictions or kidney issues. Divide body weight by 2.2 = kg
Get daily exercise like a brisk walk outside and get natural Vit D from sunshine
Adequate sleep
Reduce stress, fear, anxiety ( reduces production of harmful hormones)

Make your body alkaline
